By adjusting the pitch angle of the blades, the pitch system changes the attack angle of the airflow on the blades, and then controls the aerodynamic torque and power captured by the wind turbine.
The pitch control system from Shiyou electric adopts a series of redundant safe and reliable designs to ensure the safety, reliability and high utilization of turbine, it meets the requirements of plateau, high humidity, salt spray, ultra-low temperature and other operating environments, complies with the specification of Low Voltage Ride Through (LVRT) and High Voltage Ride Through (HVRT), and obtains the certification from CGC, ETL and CE.

Redundant safety design, with safety PLC module to control the on/off of safety loop. With perfect system self-diagnosis, it can detect sensor faults and actuator faults. Controllers are of international brand. With perfect protection function, the system can protect itself in case of abnormal faults such as hydraulic pressure and temperature, and can upload fault information to the main control system. Comply with the Low Voltage Ride Through (LVRT) and High Voltage Ride Through (HVRT) specifications. Solenoid valve, sensor, encoder and other wiring harnesses can be made according to different interfaces, which is convenient for wiring with plug and play.
