1. Working principle
Pour the soaked rice, beans, and kernels into the hopper, and vibrate the raw materials into the rotating rubber wheel fixed by three power rollers. Through the action of the induction bar and the feeding wheel, the outer skin of the raw materials is cut by the blade of the knife holder. Then the discharging wheel presses the peeled rice, kernels and beans into the discharging hopper and discharges them in the discharging hopper, and the outer skin is thrown out through the slinging wheel.
2. Installation
Install it on a flat ground, fix the anchor screws, or add rubber plates of more than 10 mm on the four feet.
3. Test run
According to the requirements of the motor, after connecting to the power supply, lightly click the switch to check whether the direction of rotation is correct (see the mark on the large wheel of the triangle belt for the direction of rotation). After adding water, turn on the power supply. After the machine has been running for 5 minutes, it will start working (the machine must be stored for too long. Turn the machine one or two times in the correct direction by hand before turning it on)
