4. Testing of PTFE hose
Most PTFE hose manufacturers only use the naked eye for appearance control and simple measurement tools to control the size, the purpose of which is to save costs. However, it is impossible to rule out the trachoma and broken points in the PTFE hose, nor can it detect the technical problems that the F4 hose is not cooked or burnt in production. Test the crystallinity of the F4 hose to confirm the softness of the product, the pressure burst tester tests the internal pressure resistance of the PTFE hose, and the air tightness tester detects the sand holes and break points in the hose.
