Product Description CS series composite cone crusher has many crushing cavities: it is divided into different cavity designs, so users can choose the crushing cavity with high crushing efficiency, even product size, good particle shape, even wear of rolling mortar wall and long service life according to the site conditions. Dry oil sealing and dustproof: the unique dustproof sealing structure is adopted, which has reliable sealing effect and prolongs the replacement cycle of lubricating oil and the service life of parts.
The crushing cavity shape and the principle of laminar crushing are adopted to produce inter-particle crushing effect, so that the proportion of cubic body in the finished product increases, the needle-like stone decreases, and the grain level is even. High output: Compared with other models, PSG series cone crusher has long crushing arm, large stroke and high crushing force.
Supports large crushing ratio:
The key parts are chosen to be made of special materials. The distance of the crushing cone from the rolling mortar wall is large in each stroke, which not only allows more materials to enter the crushing chamber, but also creates a larger discharge volume, which speeds up the speed of materials passing through the crushing chamber.
High efficiency:
The main shaft of the machine is supported at the upper and lower ends, which can withstand larger crushing force and larger stroke, together with the special crushing cavity shape that is compatible with the lamination principle, the machine has high crushing efficiency.

Overload protection:
Its spring insurance system is an overload protection device, which can make the metal foreign objects pass through the crushing chamber without jeopardizing the machine.
