I.Usage: Two roll mixing mill is one of the most important machines in rubber, plastic, silicone products production process. This machine is mainly used in following cases for rubber porduction factory, natural rubber refining, raw rubber and compound ingredient mixing.There are different models for various applications. Custom design available.
II. Composition of equipment: The rubber mixing mill is mainly composed of machine body, driving system, nip adjusting device, safety brake equipment, pin universal coupling, emergency stopping device, etc.
1.Whole steel cast base and frame.
2.Chilled cast rollers with 68-72HSD hardness.
3.Bearing type bushing contains cast steel housing and high strength bearing at inside.
4.Fully closed type hardened surface gear speed reducer & high transmission efficiency.
5.Hydraulic brake system.
6.Movable& non-movable stop guide are both available.
7.Overload protection device is equipped to avoid machine damage.
8.Automatic hydraulic stock blender is optional as per your request.
9.Excellent recycled lubrication system.
III. Structure description: 1.The roller is made of alloy chilled cast iron .Their surfance are hard and wear resistance . Its hardness of surface is HRC68-75
2.The end of rollers are supported by the roller ball bearing bush .It has the advantages of running smoothy ,energy saving , low noise and long life
3.The roll gap adjustment is manual control type . It is simple for operation
4.The machine is equipped with overloading protection device , in order to protect the main parts from being damanged
5.The machine adopts the single drive type transmission structure . It adopts the nylon pin coupling to prevent main parts from being damanged due to the overload of transmission part
6.The base is integral type , the transmission mode is of closed transmission . so it is safe and easy for use
7.The machine is installed with the emergency button and pulling rope as the safety device
8.This machine are installed with four sets lubrication device and suitable for grease lubrication
9.The machine adopts the PLC control cabinet , the machine will be suitable for your local industrial voltage and frequency.
