1) Sodium hypochlorite spray purification neutralization process
The generated crude acetylene gas enters the first cleaning tower to contact with dilute sodium hypochlorite, and enters the second cleaning tower to contact with concentrated sodium hypochlorite to remove phosphine, hydrogen sulfide and other magazines in the acetylene gas. Then the acetylene gas enters the neutralization tower to remove acid mist with sodium hydroxide solution. The qualified acetylene gas goes out from the top of the neutralization tower and is sent to the gas tank or compression process. Each tower is circulated by circulating pump. After the sodium hypochlorite solution is prepared, it is pumped into the second cleaning tower for use. The diluted sodium hypochlorite with reduced concentration is pumped into the first cleaning tower as a detergent.
2) Characteristics of sodium hypochlorite spray purification system
1. Sodium hypochlorite purification method has good corrosion resistance. Long service life.
2. Designed and manufactured in strict accordance with the national standards for purification equipment.
3. The 10% silver nitrate test paper does not change color and meets the national standard for acetylene gas purification.
4. This set of equipment has a large gas volume and can work continuously.
5. The purification equipment belongs to the full low-pressure process. It does not contain acid and alkali components when leaving the purification tower, and does not affect the service life of the compressor.
3) Advantages of sodium hypochlorite spray purification system
1. Due to the uniqueness of the pharmaceutical intermediate industry, the purified liquid is continuously automatically replenished and the residual liquid is automatically discharged, which overcomes the defect of unstable purification quality of the original sodium hypochlorite purification device, and the replenishment amount of the purified liquid can be adjusted according to the amount of acetylene gas treatment, so that the device is in the most effective operation state;
