01 Warranty:
Our warranty period is valid for 12 months after the commissioning is completed. If any defects or faults are discovered during this time, we will promptly take action to resolve the issue.
02 Installation & Maintenance:
At the buyer's request, we will send one or two engineers to assist with the installation and commissioning of the production line at your factory. The buyer is responsible for providing allowances, round-trip air tickets, accommodation, workers, and a translator. The installation and commissioning process typically takes around 1 month.
