Moreover, it effectively lowers the moisture content from 17-18% to a stable 12-13%, ensuring the feed is in optimal condition for subsequent handling.

The Feed Pellet Cooler is expertly engineered to cool both Animal Feed and Wood Pellets within the pelleting stage. It adeptly reduces the temperature of pellets originating from the pellet mill, typically ranging from 70°C to 90°C, to a mere 3°C to 5°C above ambient temperature. This cooling process not only ensures a safe moisture content but also enhances pellet durability and prevents mold growth, making them ideal for transportation and extended storage.

Key Features of the Feed Pellet Cooler: 1) Utilizes counter flow technology to effectively cool pellets with elevated temperature and moisture. The innovative design ensures that hot air aligns with hot pellets while cool air aligns with cooled pellets, preventing surface cracking that can result from abrupt cooling. This method, combined with a thoughtfully designed airlock feeder and expanded air inlet space, culminates in superior cooling results.
Touching mechanism between hot air and hot pellets, alongside cool air with cooled pellets, minimizes complications like surface cracking from sudden temperature changes. Furthermore, the inclusion of an airlock feeder coupled with an expansive air inlet ensures outstanding cooling efficiency.
