Product DescriptionHY0140 Series Infrared Lab Dyeing Machine is the newest infrared lab dyeing machine. It combines the advantages of common infrared machines and high temperature glycerol machines; also it overcomes their deficiencies of large material consumption and pollution.Features 1. Intelligent design for chemical lid, easy to add dose chemicals during the dyeing process without opening the lid2. Equipped with a programmable intelligent computer control, up to 64 test program settable3. Adopt solid state relay to control temperature, makes it more accuracy and uniform4. The frequency transformer is from Schneider (German) with positive and negative rotate function. It can adjust the running speed of cups to meet the requirement of simulate factory production. 5. It use infrared heating system which is low power consumption, no smoking pollution and loss of glycerol, it has good thermal insulation effect and is effective in saving energy and costs.6. 360o tumbling rotation make the dyeing more uniform and is widely used for all fabric7. It used air cooling system without using water and cut down the cost.8. It can work at different liquor ratio from 1:5 to 1:100. It can be matched with spray dyeing machine.9. The body is made of stainless, good appearance and durable.10.
