TechEasy layer cage is suitable for farms with a breeding scale of less than 30,000 birds. Each system can be selected as automatic and easy to operate.
The TechEasy layer cage system is popular used in poultry farm. Cage structure and mesh system and automatic drinking system are necessary. Feeding system, egg collection system and manure removal system can be choose manual or autoamtic. TechEasy layer cage is designed with 3 or 4 tiers, which is convenient for workers to manage chickens. Greater number of birds is reared per unit of area and it helps in identifying poor producers and prompt culling. TechEasy layer cage is made of hot galvanized material, with a service life of up to 20 years. Easily install, reduces installation costs and saves installation time. The nipple hole has been punched, and the installation and replacement of nipple drinker are easy. The 8° inclination angle of the bottom mesh makes the eggs roll off at a moderate speed to prevent eggs from breaking. The overlap parts are smaller so the chicken house can get much better ventilation, it can be used both in open or closed house according clients' needs. CORE TECHNOLOGY The nipple hole has been punched, and the installation and replacement of the nipple drinker are easy. The trough is made of original PVC material and will not be corroded by wind and sun when used in an open chicken house. The outer edge of the trough is l3cm, which can effectively prevent the waste of feed thrown by the chickens. The 8°inclination angle of the bottom mesh makes the eggs roll off at a moderate speed to prevent eggs from breaking. AUTOMATIC FEEDING SYSTEM The feed silo and main feeding line which auger diam 110 mm can deliver about 3.5 tons per hour. Feeding method: feeding cart or chain feeding. Easy feeding management: the electric control box controls the entire feeding system, and one person can realize the feeding of the entire chicken house. AUTOMATIC DRINKING SYSTEM With 360-degree flowing nipple drinkers, water drip cups water pressure regulators, terminals, splits, and water filters make sure the water is clean and not harmful to the layers. The position of the drinking spout is scientific, with 360° water output, making it easy for chickens to drink. The water regulator is located on each tier of the cage. lt supplies the water from the water line the pipes through reservoirs with the proper pressure. The filters and the medicator are used to clean the water and keep the health of all chickens. AUTOMATIC MANURE REMOVAL SYSTEM The scraper-type manure collection machines are designed for TechEasy layer cage systems which have manure channels under the cages. The automatic scraper manure removal machine is made of hot galvanized material and has good anti-corrosion performance and low cost. The machines in each row can operate independently, making it easier to remove chicken manure in any row. AUTOMATIC EGG COLLECTION SYSTEM The white polypropylene weaving and high-strength polyester weftbelt combined to create a more adaptable egg belt, the maximum load can reach 1587 kg. Egg belt speed: 1.79-1.80 m/min The egg collection machine is made of 275 g/m2 hot-dipped galvanized steel sheet, thickness δ=2mm The sprocket is made of #45 steel quenched. Driving motor: 0.55kW-70S for egg collection machine, 0.75kw-80S for egg belt. VENTILATION SYSTEM Ventilation Fans: To control the speed of the wind and provide the comfortable somatosensory temperature. Environment controllers with PLC control units according to the set temperature to control the ventilation fans, cooling pads, and air inlets running automatically. Cooling pads can be used in conjunction with the wind plates to create circulation inside the house. IoT system is available, all equipment and data can be monitored remotely. Air inlets adopt ABS material, moisture-resistant and corrosion-resistant, and fadeless. The central control box can be customized according to the requirement and the house situation.
