The rotary three cylinder dryer has improved the internal structure of the original single cylinder dryer, increased the pre drying of wet materials before entering the dryer and extended the drying time of wet materials in the dryer, combined with sealing, heat preservation and reasonable supporting measures, so that the production capacity of the dryer has increased by 48-80% compared with the original single cylinder dryer, the evaporation intensity per unit volume can reach 120-180kg/m3, and the standard coal consumption is only 6-8kg/t. It has advanced technology, reasonable operation parameters, simple and feasible operation, and is widely used in slag, clay, coal, etc. in various industries.
Advantages of three cylinder dryer:

3. The three cylinder dryer is made of heat-resistant and wear-resistant alloy steel plate, which is 4 times more wear-resistant than ordinary steel plate. Long service life and convenient maintenance.
4. The three cylinder dryer has high thermal efficiency, the outer cylinder temperature is lower than 60 ℃, the outlet temperature is low, and the discharge temperature is lower than 60 ℃.
5. The outlet temperature of the three barrel dryer is low, which is conducive to the long service life of the dust removal equipment. It can be directly matched with the gas box pulse bag type dust collector.
6. The civil engineering is reduced by about 50%, and the power consumption is reduced by 60%.
7. It does not need big and small gears to rotate, and it uses supporting wheels to rotate.
8. The three cylinder dryer hot air stove can be equipped with fluidized bed furnace, coal injection furnace, hand fired furnace, and also used in fuel oil and gas furnaces to bake block materials, granular materials and powdery materials below 20 mm.
