Product Description:FDAC mold steel is a pre-hardened, corrosion-resistant plastic mold steel specially developed for molds requiring excellent surface finish and moderate corrosion resistance.
It is based on 420 stainless steel composition with improved machinability and toughness, and is delivered in a pre-hardened condition (typically HRC 30–36), eliminating the need for heat treatment before use.
FDAC steel is widely used in plastic injection molds, transparent molds, and mold bases operating in humid environments.

Excellent polishability, suitable for mirror-finish molds
