In addition, we can provide OEM/ODM manufacturing services for our clients. Clients of all kinds are welcomed to come for business negotiations.
Q 2: What trade terms and currencies can you accept?
We normally trade with our clients in EX-Works, FOB, CFR and CIF.We quote prices in Chinese Yuan or US dollars.
Q 3: How about the lead time?
Within 10 to 45 working days after receiving the advance payment.
Q 4: How about the transportation?
We will suggest you the best shipment method according to your goods dimensions and weight. It also depends on clients' decisions. We will try our best to serve you.Suzhou, where our company is located, is close to Shanghai. Therefore, we usually use the port of Shanghai to export goods.
Q 5: Are you responsible for equipment installation?
Regarding installation, the installation service fee is not included in our quotation. We will provide installation instructions to help customers install the equipment by themselves. If customers need us to send technicians to conduct the installation service, we will charge an additional installation fee.
Q 6:What are your after-sales services?
We offer a one-year quality guarantee for our products. If there are any quality problems with the products themselves within one year after shipment, we will provide replacement parts for you as soon as possible. After one year, we will provide paid spare parts for the entire life cycle of the products.
