2. Q: Where is your factory located?
A: Our factory is situated in Guangzhou.

3. Q: Is there a minimum oder quantity?
A: Yes, the MOQ is 30000 pieces.

4. Q: How long will it take to receive my products?
A: As a general rule for available mold's products, it takes 3 to 5 weeks for production.

5. Q: We would like to have a look at a sample before we continue with the orders. Can we get a sample from you?
A: Yes, but if you require a customized sample, you will be charged sample fee and it takes us in general 7 to 15 days to prepare samples.

6. Q: What is your payment term?
A: 30% deposit before production and 70% balance should be paid by T/T before shipment.
