03. Sampling When you choose some styles from our showroom or you share your designs, we start to make a sample. It will take about 5-10 business days.

05. Order Placed After samples are confirmed and prices are fixed, we are looking forward to receiving your orders.
06. Mass Production We would like you to pay a 30% deposit first, then we will buy the raw materials and hardware to start mass production. It will take around 35-50business days depending on order quantity.
07. Delivery During production, we will update the process either by photos or videos all the time. After the finished goods passed the QC and you paid the 70% balance, we will arrange the shipping as your request.
08. Customer Service We always alongside you during the goods shipping and selling. We promise you we will help solve the problem immediately whenever you pointed out.

Can I Put My Own Logo? Yes, OEM and ODM are acceptable. We could put silk screen print logo, blank embossed logo, gold/silver foil stamped logo, metal logo bar, etc.
What's Your MOQ? Our MOQ is 300pcs per style per color, if you do same material and same color for many styles, we could discuss and do lower MOQ each style.
What's Is Your Payment Term? Our payment term is 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipping. We could discuss this by email as well.
What's Your Main Customer? We mainly exported bags to Europe, USA and South American.
How To Make A Sample For Me? You could choose styles from our website or you share us your designs. We make samples as your request in 5-10business days after you arranged the sample fee. Sample cost is 50usd per piece. We will send photos to you before sending samples by DHL express.
How Long Can I Receive My Goods After Placed Orders? It will take around 35-50business days for mass production, this depends on the order quantity. Then it will take 21-30days shipping on the boat. Total around 56-80days.
