Machine Equipment
A full-supported double-V structure design is adopted to the workbench, equipped with Turcite-B and a manual scraper to ensure excellent smooth operation and grinding accuracy under load.
X-axis movement is hydraulic driven.
- The Y&Z axis is driven by AC servo motor and C5 ball screw.
Automatic central lubrication.
- Independent Hydraulic System with hydraulic oil cooler design, prevent oil temperature from rising, thermal deformation and the impact of vibration on the machine.
- The flanged cartridge type spindle is supported by P4 super precision angular contact ball bearings.

- Magnetic separator with 120L tank for effective cooling and rinsing. (Optional)
- KENT electro magnetic chuck.
Power supply = DC 110 volt, Single-phases, 50 Hz /60 Hz.
- KENT Y&Z axis digimatic gage.(Optional)

Equipped with automatic grinding wheel dressing and compensation functions (the grinding wheel dresser uses an adjustable hydraulic system at the front and rear, and is driven by a stepper motor up and down)
