1. What is MOQ for your incontinence products for sale?
The MOQ of our disposable hygienic products is based on the MOQ of packages. For diaper polybags, the MOQ of each size is 10,000pcs; for sanitary napkins polybags, the MOQ of each size is 50,000pcs. These are for private-label products. If you want to distribute our own brand products, the MOQ will be 100 cartons for each size product to mix a 40'HQ container.
2.My initial order of private label products is small, how can I go on?
In this case, we have two methods. One is to reduce the MOQ but the prices will be increased, the other is you pay the deposits of polybags and we will purchase the polybags as per MOQ and the remaining polybags will be used in your repeated orders.
3.Do you have your own brand distributors in our country? I want to be your agent in our country, how can I proceed?
We have our own brand and appoint you as our agent in your country but there is a basic requirement that you shall order a certain quantity from us per year. For more details, please contact us for information, thanks.
4.If I want to order my private label products, what is your delivery time?
Generally speaking, for your first order, because we need to open new package printing models and print polybags, so the delivery time will be 45- 60 days after receiving your deposits. But for your repeated orders, we can control the delivery time within 30 days.
5.What is your payment terms?
Our regular payment term is 30% deposits and balanced paid before shipment or against copy B/L, which depends on our business details.
6.How about your pricing system?
As one of the professional incontinence products wholesale suppliers, Sopure will check the prices according to the costs of raw materials and other charges. In recent years, the uncertain cases are all over the world which will affect our prices.
If we have already confirmed the prices, we will not change them. But if the costs of raw materials change fiercely, we will inform you in advance to discuss the prices again.
7.What is mould charges and deposits for polybags?If you need your private label production, we should design the artworks of polybags for you. In this case, the designs of artworks should become the printing moulds. Generally speaking, the mould charge is based on USD 100--200/color. Our customers should pay for these mould charges and these charges are refundable if your order quantities can reach a certain quantity.
Basically, the MOQ for polybags of diapers is 10000pcs and for sanitary pads is 50000pcs. If your initial order quantity can not reach this level, you should pay for the remaining polybags and these charges will be reduced from your repeat orders.
