Product Description
Plastic film heat seal tester simulates the heat sealprocess during production. The result of heat seal is expressed by sealing temperature, time and pressure.
It follows ASTM F2029 standard.
Plastic film heat seal tester uses P.I.D. for precise sealing temperature control. The key of a heat sealer is uniform heating, which is realized on HST-02 by aluminum encapsulated sealing jaw. Besides, the upper and lower sealing design ensure a more average result. Sealing time upto to 0.1s.
For special applications, the sealing jaws can be customized in shape, dimension, surface pattern, etc.
