Product Description

Our expertise in chemicals and Polymer Processing, especially on foaming aspec has led up to develop Light-Weight EVA Compound form, which are ideal for injection moulding and compression molding applications, and are used in manufacturing of closed-cell expandable and cross-linked products like footwear soles for sports shoes and fashion footwear, fire resistant insulation jackets of cables and wires, toys, bags, and other fashion accessories, tablet and mobile phone cases, buoys and floats, bicycle seats, and other sporting equipment and accessories.
The resulting injection molded products are extremely light, flexible, and exhibit a multitude of properties such as high shock absorbance and impact resistance, excellent abrasion resistance, superior grip and wet-slip resistance, rubberized and comfortable feel, high mechanical strength, smooth surface texture and a very low compression set with outstanding shape retention properties.
EVA Compound are available in a variety of expansion ratios, colors, hardness, density, compression set, tactile properties, and can be further tweaked and modified as per industry usage and customer specific requirements.
