DAWSON G100 Forged Alloy Steel European Type Chain Connecting Link
Forged super alloy steel-Quenched and Temered.
It is forged by special alloy steel with high intensity and high toughness, and then it is heat treated.
Suitable for use with G100 chain.
The performance is increased by 25% compared with G80 products.
Individually proof tested at 2.5 times Working Load Limit.
100% Magnaflux Crack Detection.
Fatigue tested at 1.5 times Working Load Limit for 20000 cycles.
Meet standard EN1677.
Strict break load test.
Surface finish: plastic sprayingColour: blue RALcode: RAL5015, other colour is available as per request.
All load pin are 100% individually inspected and tested.

Q1:Can I expect quality products?
Yes. All our activities are accredited to ISO 9001 and based on delivering the highest quality possible, both in products and services, ensuring long-term benefits and optimum performance. Also we got the below certifications: CE GS SUV, LR ABS(anchors and anchor chains). Our rigging hardware is manufactured under exceptional quality control and strictly adheres to the US,DIN,JIS,BS and AS standards.
Q2:Can I get a (free) sample?
Free cost if the quantity is small or value is not too high with the express charge covered by the buyers. And for some certain items after receiving the first formal order, we deduct the sample cost from it. Everything can be negotiated for a sincere cooperation.
Q3:What's your payment terms?
T/T in U.S.dollars or EUR. when the total price is higher than US$10,000.00, it is 30%T/T in adv, balance payment against the copy of B/L; when the total price is lower than US$10,000.00,100%T/T in adv.
Q4:What's your lead/shipment time? And how soon can I receive my goods?
For all of our products are manufactured according customers' order, the lead time is usually within 15-40 days after reception of your deposit. Usually, from China to Europe, it will take about 22 days; to west of American, 20 days. Usually shipped by sea, or air, DHL, UPS or Fedex, TNT.
