Introduction
Online Infrared Gas Analysis System Gasboard-3500 is an online monitoring system with wall-mounted ex-proof enclosure, mainly used for continuous measurement for different combustible fuel gases, such as biogas, syngas, natural gas and so on. Composed by various sensors, Gasboard-3500 has a very flexible configuration and can measure CH4, CnHm, CO, CO2, H2, O2, H2S, Calorific value, Wobbe index, etc. It is widely used in different industrial hazardous area, such as biogas plant, landfill plant, biomethane, natural gas city gate, LNG transportation and so on. Besides combustible gas quality check, it can also be used for calorific value adjustment of natural gas or LNG vaporized gas, H2 & NG gas blending, optimization of air-fuel ratio for turbines and furnaces and other applications. Modular sensor design enables the feature of easy maintenance. With flexible gas conditioning system, it can implement sampling, drainage and other operations automatically and achieve 24 hours unattended monitoring.
