Crafted typically from either rubber cloth or pure rubber, this diaphragm boasts dual-sided pressure resistance, ensuring reliable operation and extended longevity even under the most challenging working conditions. The diaphragm's operational temperature and pressure range are influenced by its specific glue, fabric, and structural design, typically functioning efficiently at -20~80ºC, 0.3~0.8MPa. However, diaphragms made from fluorine rubber and silicone rubber can operate seamlessly within a broader temperature spectrum of -40~220ºC.
