Cnc Automatic Spring End Grinding Machine
Machine advantages:
1. The machine tool adopts man-machine interface for easy operation.
2. This machine is used for dry grinding of compression springs and can be used for producing large wire diameter compression springs.
3. This machine can adopt two different grinding methods, progressive grinding and press in grinding.
4. The machine tool has two grinding heads, the king axis of which is located on the same axis. The upper and lower grinding heads are independently driven by two grinding wheel motors. The feed of the grinding head can be adjusted (motorized). When the grinding wheels of the upper and lower grinding heads are worn, they can be compensated by their respective grinding wheel compensation motors.
5. As the machine tool is a large wire diameter spring grinding machine, the grinding time differs greatly from the feeding time, so the machine tool adopts a single feeding tray and a foot switch to realize feeding and discharging.
6. This machine is an automatic spring grinding machine. The upper grinding wheel automatically feeds to the material tray during grinding. The feed speed (or pressure) is inversely proportional to the increase of the grinding amount. The ground spring can obtain a predetermined height.
7. The machine is equipped with the position control program of the upper and lower guide plates relative to the upper and lower grinding wheels. According to experience, it can be automatically compensated once by grinding a certain number of discs, or manually compensated according to the actual size of the spring after grinding.
