This tubular furnace takes resistance wire as heating element, adopts double shell structure and temperature control meter, can carry out 30 stage programmed temperature control, phase shift trigger, thyristor control, furnace adopts alumina polycrystalline fiber material, both ends of the furnace tube can be sealed by stainless steel flange, stainless steel flange installed with gas nozzle, valve and pressure gauge. The furnace has the advantages of balanced temperature field, low surface temperature, fast rising and falling temperature rate, energy saving, etc. It is an ideal product for high temperature atmosphere sintering,atmosphere reduction, CVD experiment and vacuum annealing in universities, scientific research institutes and industrial and mining enterprises.
