Use Direction
1. Load milling medium in ball milling tank, it may cover less than 70% valid volume of milling tank.
2. Put mixed material into ball milling tank (with mill medium balls)slowly, then fasten down the tank cover.
3. Insert the power, turn on starting switch. Adjust power's revolution speed to working speed(frequency converting control 50Hz, motor speed 1400/min), we can figure out power speed according to displayed frequency, speed showed in adjustable-speed motor is the actual speed. Rotate speed of ball milling tank should be calculated on the basis of the deceleration phase ratio of belt pulley and the size ratio between transmission shaft sleeve and grinding tank, and conversion formula is as follows: Motor speed/(deceleration phase ratio of belt pulley*dia ratio between grinding tank and shaft sleeve). Run about 1 minute normally.
4. If motor is found no abnormalities, then you should put tanks with material in friction roller(glue sticks should be modified when you replace mill tank with different size, and around 120 degrees between two glue intersection angle is advisable. You may pay more attention to the parallelism of two axis adjust it till the rolling of mill jar is steady without derail).
5. Revolution speed should be adjusted to meet technological requirements, run time of ball mill grinding is to be set.
6. Turn off the machine after grinding, then clean and wash ball mill tank and grinding medium for reserve.

Maintainance Announcements
1. Overweight work is strictly prohibited.
2. Handle gently when operate, turn off at once when motor is unusual.
3. Milling medium in ball milling tank should cover less than 70% valid volume of milling tank.
4. When ball inserting density is too large to rotate(such as steel ball), you may consider to reduce ball inserting rate.
5. Keep motor in a dry and ventilated environment in order to protect it from short circuit and burn.
