Product Description

Stainless steel belt is the main parts of cooling system. Our steel belt is special used for chemical pastillator and flaker. The belt is made of stainless steel belt raw material from Japanese NIPPON brand. It is installed under the pastillator header. The molten chemical materials are dropped on the belt and cooled to become solid granules.
The length, width and thickness of the belt are customized according to customer's request.

1. Smooth and hard surface, uniform thickness, high flatness, especially for some viscous materials and difficult to cool materials to provide a reliable guarantee, so that the particles are regular.
2. Good steel property, small elongation and high tensile strength, so as to ensure the uniformity and stability of the product in the operation of the steel strip and easy to scrape off.
3. It has strong high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, which extends the service life of the steel strip.
4. Professional welding team and a complete set of welding technology and equipment. After special process treatment, the welding joint is firm, smooth. So it ensure that the welding joint does not crack and deform in operation.
5. It adopts European imported hot vulcanized rubber strips and special adhesives, adopts advanced bonding technology, and is operated by professional technicians. The adhesive strength of rubber strips is firm and the service life is long.
6. Experienced technical service engineers can timely and efficiently help to solve various problems in the use of steel strip.
