The machine consists of low speed agitator and a high speed disperser, has good mixing, reacting, dispersing, dissolving effect, especially suitable for the dispersing and mixing of solid-liquid, liquid-liquid phase; It's quite fit for high viscosity product such as adhesives, silicone, Lithium battery slurry etc. due to its super strong output torque; The equipment has scraper which can scrape the bottom of the tank without dead corner or residue; also there are extrusion device and sliding rail to work together with this machine, so that realizing the integrated operation of mixing and discharging.

* High mixing efficiency, wide application The Dual Planetary Mixer has two sets of agitators and a set of high speed dispersing shaft revolving around the container axle and at the same time rotating at high speed, so that the materials are mixed rapidly under the action of strong shearing and kneading force. Various agitators (blade type, twist type, claw type, frame type etc) are in option based on materials with different viscosity and different specific gravity. * Safe and convenient operation Adopt hydraulic cylinder as lifting actuators. Control the mixer up, stop and down through controlling the valve, simple operation with high stability; with barrel holding device for fixing the tank rapidly to prevent any possible accident due to tank displacement. There is sliding rail device between the mixing and extruding tank, convenient for moving tanks, realizing the integrated operation of mixing and discharging. * No residue on the wall, clean discharging There is scraper on the planetary frame rotating together with the planetary frame, it clings to the container and scrape the materials on the wall off continuously. The container inner wall is precisely lathed and then mirror polished to ensure the scraper can scrape all materials sticking to the wall off without residue, increasing the mixing effect. * Customized options Different options are available such as explosion-proof type, closed type, heating type, with PLC intelligent control type, etc..Material can be customized to be SS316L or special Spraying materials.
