The new multi-color ink printing (slot) large diameter roller machine (700mm) from the ink printing machine manufacturer combines printing and slot machinery, making it easy to operate, stable in quality, manual chain feeding mode, strong in adaptability, and able to overcome cardboard defects and irregular cardboard feeding. It is an ideal equipment for large cardboard box processing, with a width of 3.6 meters.
The orientation adjustment can be achieved through electric 360 degree planetary digital orientation adjustment or manual electric adjustment (the orientation adjustment can be achieved through manual 360 degree dual display orientation adjustment).
Phase automatic reset device (manual reset for manual direction).
Electric walking adopts electromagnetic clutch, which is safe and reliable.
The pneumatic diaphragm pump applies ink, which is easy to clean.
The main transmission gear is forged with 45 # high-quality steel, and the teeth are high-frequency quenched.
The main transmission gear is equipped with helical teeth, with a helical angle of 12 degrees.
The paper roller gap adjustment of the pressure roller adopts a satellite push plate, and the gear transmission has no gap, resulting in high printing accuracy.
The height of the slotting box in the slotting section can be adjusted through manual synchronous box height adjustment and four separate adjustments.
Note: The grooved part can be made into four die-cutting forms, with smooth and beautiful grooving.
Each unit adopts manual oil injection pump lubrication, which is convenient, clean, and fuel-efficient.
