Buyer Feedback FAQ1.What is your MOQ (MOQ=Minimum Order Quantity)?If you order our brands (SINOBI / SK) watches which we have in stock, no MOQ limited, you can buy how many you want, and can mix with different models and different colors; OEM or ODM order with brand your logo, the MOQ depends on the case material: alloy case watches MOQ is 300pcs, stainless steel case watches MOQ is 500pcs2.Can you provide sample first before I place mass production order?Yes, we can provide samples for your reference, and the sample fee will be returned to you when you order mess bulk products which reaches minimum order quantity 300~500 pieces3.How about your products quality?Our quality had praised so many clients , quality advantage as below:1)All our SINOBI and Shengke (SK) watches are at least 3ATM water resistant, 100% tested by Waterproof Testing Machine.2)All our brands’ watches are vacuum plated,color would last at least 1~2 years.3)For OEM or ODM watches, we will produce the watches as your requirements. It can comply with CE&RoHS, etc. You can arrange your QC team or hire the third party to test the watches before delivery.4.How long is your warranty time?All our Sinobi and Shengke (SK ) brands watches’ is 12 months warranty.5.What's the delivery time?If take our brand logo watches, the delivery 3~7 days after payment. For OEM orders, the delivery time is : alloy case watches 20~25 days , stainless steel case watches 45~50 days.6.How about shipping methods?If you have a courier in China, goods can be sent to your courier after payment; If you have no cooperated courier, we will check the shipping details and cost for you after your final order is confirmed.7.What's your payment terms?1)For our stock Sinobi and SK brand watches , payment should be arranged 2~3 days before shipping .2)For OEM/ODM with brand your own logo, 50% desposit before production, 50% balance before shipping.8.Are you factory or trade company?We are factory (in Gunagzhou, China).
