This machine is used for the end-face milling of welded H-beam or rolled H-beam and box-beam. Also it can be used for the others material part end-face milling, which has the good character as convenience operation, simple structure and high efficiency, etc.
Compare with the traditional edge milling machine, this series Edge Milling Machine has the assembable and dissambable track with heat-treatment, the lathe has the reasonalbe structure, the milling head running is steady and reliable, the feeding system and backing system is identified full, free speed is fast and effeciency is high, the milling head angle adjusting is easy, the tailor made milling facer and standard milling facer is changeable, which is the new generation product of the traditional milling machine.
The face milling machine consists of milling and cutting head, elevator column, work table, lathe bed, mechanical feeding system, electrical control system, rail protection device, tools etc.
This face milling machine is used to mill the end face of Box-beam and H-beam, and the degree of milling head can be adjusted manually in vertical direction to bevel the end face. The hydraulic support rack for choice can fix the beam and is open top, which is easy for hoisting.
