Qingdao Haishun Jihua Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in 2004 and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of
Qingdao Hailong Machinery Group. With an investment of more than 60 million RMB, the plant covers an
area of 12,960 square meters, has industry-leading technology, advanced casting equipment, physical and
chemical testing equipment, and applies Advanced ERP management systems. It is one of the outstanding
casting enterprises in China.
The company has 3 gantry machining centers. 1 set of natural gas aging treatment equipment, furan resin
sand production line (1 set), all equipments are controlled by PLC program for the curing speed of
self-hardening sand. The United States Inductotherm Group one set of 10T / h two electric furnaces and
one set of 2T / h two electric furnaces made by Suzhou Zhenwu. The production process adopts fixed-point
casting and fixed-point cooling.
At present, the company has 65 employees and 15 professional and technical personnel, and has passed
ISO9001: 2000, TUV16949 international quality management system certification. The main production and
operation of automotive mold casting products (such as steel castings, cast iron parts) and machine tool
castings. Automotive mold castings support for FAW molds, China's Second steam, Tianqi molds,
Shanghai Hongxu, Beiqi, Guangzhou Automobile Honda and other companies. Machine tool castings
are supplied to companies such as Doosan in South Korea, Doosan in Yantai, GD in the United States,
Huachuan in South Korea, and Qingdao Jieneng Steam Turbine. The annual production capacity is
12,000-15,000 tons, and the annual output value is 100-120 million yuan.
