Aluminum foil for food packaging
Food foil is mainly used for cooking, holding food, food packaging, or making materials that can be easily cleaned. Thousands of tons of aluminum foil are used around the world to protect and package food, cosmetics and chemicals. Most of the aluminum foil is shiny on one side and matte on the other. Aluminum foil for food can wrap food on both sides. It is generally recommended to wrap food with bright side of aluminum foil to improve the heat transfer effect.

Corrosion resistance
An oxide film is naturally formed on the surface of the aluminum foil, and the formation of the oxide film can further prevent the continuation of oxidation. Therefore, when the package contents have high acidity and alkalinity, protective coatings or PE are often coated on the surface to improve its corrosion resistance.
Heat and low temperature resistance
The aluminum foil is stable at high and low temperatures. It does not shrink and deform when the temperature is - 73 ~ 371 degrees Celsius. At the same time, it has good thermal conductivity, and its thermal conductivity can reach 55%. Therefore, aluminum foil can be used not only for high-temperature cooking or other thermal processing, but also for frozen packaging.
Light shielding property
Aluminum foil has good light shielding property, its reflection rate can be as high as 95%, and its appearance presents silver white metallic luster. Through surface printing and decoration, it can show good packaging and decoration effect. Therefore, aluminum foil is also a high-end packaging material.
