This machine is composed of the following control system units: unwinding unit, tin pinch unit, steel preheating unit, laminating unit, S roller tension unit, steel coiling unit, film unwinding unit, gluing unit, film drying unit, film rewinding unit and error correction system.
Characteristic:
Film unwinding: automatic constant tension control, pressure sensor test; thin film oven adopts precision potentiometer; it has high precision and high sensitivity tension control
The film drying outlet is equipped with eight character correcting system to ensure the compound precision of the film and the iron sheet
The tin / roll adopts full closed loop control system (inverter motor + Japan Yaskawa inverter + Japan OMRON encoder)
Remote acceleration and deceleration and speed automatic control, tension and speed linkage control
The whole machine adopts the programmable system of Panasonic
The man-machine touch screen can realize the setting and monitoring of various work parameters, and has perfect safety protection function
