The Indented Cylinder Separator FGJZ71×300A (hereafter to Separator) is one of the separators used for separation and classification of grains it shall classify the grains and seeds of different lengths and remove the impurities through the cylinder with pressed pocket shaped indents on its inner surface, rotating around the horizontal shaft.
This Separator is designed for separation and treatment of leftover in the flour mill.It is also used for the following processings.
Classification of rice and treatment of broken rice in the rice mill.
Selection of seeds in the seeds station.
Separation of stock in the beer factor and oat flake mill.

Main structure and working principle
This machine consists of cylinder,drive and frame.
This Separator,complete with two main-stream cylinders and two side-stream cylinders,is designed for romoving round and long impurities as well as for full treatment of leftover.

The Separator is performimg on the basis of the length of grain.In case of the grains with similar width but different lengths,it is difficult to use the sifter to classify the stock.The Separator is the ideal machine for the job.
When the round impurities are being removed,the mass of impurities and grain which are fed in the cylinder and then drop into the pockets,are lifted to a certain point.Under gravity,friction and centrifugel force,the mass fist drop and return into the lower part of cylinder,then the round impurities are raised to a higher point then drop into the catch trough of worm,after which the round impurities separated from the mass and they drop out.
In case of long impurities, which first drop and then return into the lower part of cylinder after which the stock drop into the trough;so the long impurities shall be separated from the mass and they drop out.
For instance of wheat; when the round impurities are being removed,buckwheat,seed and broken wheat are raised and fed by the pockets into the trough of worm and pushed out,wheat flows towards the outlet passing by the surface of cylinder.
When the long impurities are being removed,wheat shall be lifted and fed by the pockest into the trough of worm and pushed out,the barley and oat shall go freely towards the surface of cylinder passing by the surface of cylinder.
