Big Capacity 150000 Liter Hot Dipped Galvanized Pressed Steel Modular Storage Water TankGalvanized steel water tank is punched from carbon steel 235 A class into standard plated sized 0.5m*0.5m, 0.5m*1m, 1m*1m and 1.22m*1.22m, and assembled into a container by bolting or melding. The tank capacity can be customized according to customer's specific requirement. Generally, the height should not be higher than 5 meters, and the length and width is not limitted. The assebling method can be by bolting or melding. The accessories including sealing tapes, drawing bars, brace support, bolts and nuts, flanges, air vent, manhole, ladder and C-channels as steel base. Hot-dipped galvanized steel water tank is featured with light weight, anti-leakage, anti-corrosion, and anti-aging. Material The sectional panel tank shall consist of 4' x 4' or 1 meter x 1 meter panel manufactured from 1.5mm to 5.0mm thickness according to requirement.2. Flanges3. Reinforcement Method The sectional panels shall be pressed to double flanges at the angles of 45 degree and 90 degree to the face of the plate on four sides.All tanks are internally braced with angle stays to endure the rigidity of the tank when filled with the water. The Top panel is supported by top panel support, which shall be made of stainless steel grade 304 or 316 material according to requirement.4. Accessories1). Bolts, nuts & washers, stainless steel 304 material.2). Sealing material Non-toxic P.V.C foam tape shall be used in between the joints.3). Covers The tank cover shall be constructed from 1.2mm to 3.0mm of thickness stainless steel 304 material according to customer requirement.4). Ladders and Level Indicator: Internal & external ladder shall be made of stainless steel grade 304 material. Product Installation1. When connect the pipe, please don't put excessive pressure on both inlet and outlet of the pipe;2. Don't put the weight of valve and large diameter pipe on the tank outlet. When connect, please set pipe support or lifting support;3. When the welded pipe expand, contract and vibrate,please must install stretched flexible connectors;4. Water tank allocation and accessories: cabinet, U-steel base, organic glass tube level gauge, maintenance hole with lock, ladders for both inner and outer of the cabinet, short pipe and flange for cabinet.Product applicationPackage and TransportationTo better ensure the safety of the galvanized steel water tank, professional, environmentally friendly, convenient and efficient packaging services will be provided.
