It has been widely used in urban pipeline gas, coke oven gas, methane gas, general industrial raw materials, fertilizers, industrial oxygen gas shift gas desulfurization, urea CO2 gas, ammonia N2 and H2 feed gas, natural gas, H carbide raw material gas, gas, food grade CO2 gas, methanol feed gas and gas methanation front of essence, food-grade CO2 gas, methane gas of synthetic ammonia feed gas and other high-precision desulfurizing desulphurization purification, all obtained satisfactory results, by the broad masses of the user's high praise.
Type 01 ferric oxide desulfurizer is used for city pipeline gas, coke oven gas, biogas and ordinary industrial raw materials.
Type 02 ferric oxide desulfurizer is used for desulfurization of anoxic conversion gas, urea CO2 gas, synthetic ammonia N2, H2 feedstock gas and natural gas in chemical fertilizer industry.
Type 03 iron oxide desulfurizer is used for synthesis of ammonia N. H feedstock gas, carbonization gas, food-grade CO2 gas, methanol feedstock gas, methanation pre-gas.
Desulfuration Reaction: Fe2O3.H2O+3H2S=Fe2S3.H2O+3H2O
Renewal Reaction: 2Fe2S3.H2O+3O2=2Fe2O3.H2O+6S (strong exothermic reaction)
Note: The desulfuration renewal can be cyclic regeneration when there is O2 or O2/H2S≥2.5 in the air, and the reaction formula combines into 2H2S+O2=H2O+2S with the iron oxide as the catalyst.
