Raw materials	Qualified clear glass, extra clear glass, tinted glass (Euro Gray,Dark Gray,Ford Blue,Ocean Blue,Dark Blue,French Green.), tempered glass, heat strengthened glass.
Sizes	Max is 18,000mm x 3,600mm; Min is 300mmx300mm Size can be customized.
Film	EVA -- 0.25, 0.38, 0.50, 0.76, 1.0, 1.14 mm etc,
	PVB -- 0.38, 0.78, 1.14 , 1.52, 2.28mm etc,
	SGP -- 0.76, 0.89, 1.52, 2.28mm etc,
Film Color	Clear, Milk White, Opaque White, Gray, Green, Bronze, Blue, Red etc.
Glass thickness	3mm+3mm, 4mm+4mm, 5mm+5mm, 6mm+6mm, 8mm+8mm, 10mm+10mm, Or multi-layers (3 layers / 4 layers or even more).
Glass thickness tolerance	T=2~6mm: ±0.2mm T=8~12mm: ±0.3mm Above thickness tolerance is for single pane, it will be doubled for 2-layer laminated glasses, or tripled for 3-layer laminated glasses.

Laminated glass is made up of two or three or even more layers ofglasses permanently bonded together with inter-layer (PVB / SGP / EVA) via a controlled, highly pressurized and industrial heating process.
The lamination process results in the glass panels holding together in the event of breakage,reducing the risk of harm.

Laminated glass contains annealed laminated glass and toughened laminated glass.
Toughened laminated glass refers to further safe treatment after glass tempering, bonding two pieces of glass together.
After the glass breaks, it will not splash and hurt people, which will play a safe role.

1. High safety: The interlayer withstands penetration from impact. Even if the glass cracks, splinters will adhere to the interlayer and not scatter. In comparison with other kinds of glass, laminated glass has much higher strength to resist shock, burglary, burst and bullets.
2. Anti hurricane and earthquake: it cannot fall to ground and can remain in situ even if glasses are broken.
3. Blast and ballistic protection: multi-layer laminated glass can be used to create multiple levels of bullet-proof glasses;
4. UV protection: have great barrier effect for sunlight's ultraviolet rays; UV Rejection is up to 99%; can avoid ultraviolet radiation;
5. Sound Control: PVB film has insulation and absorption effects for sound wave, so that it can reduce noise.
