Five-layer sintered stainless steel mesh is a specialized material composed of five layers of stainless steel wire mesh with varying openings and diameters that are sintered together in a vacuum environment. This process enhances the characteristics of stainless steel woven wire mesh, resulting in an integrated porous material with improved mechanical strength, high permeability, and enhanced structural integrity. The sintering process bonds the contact points of different wire meshes together to create molecular diffusion-welds at every intersection of the wire mesh, which in turn enhances the temperature and pressure resistance of the sintered mesh. Additionally, the mechanical strength of the coarser support layers is provided while maintaining the filtration rating of the finest mesh layer.

Heat resistance: Up to 600°C.

Standard sizes: 480 mm × 480 mm, 500 mm × 1000 mm, 600 mm × 1200 mm, 610 mm × 1250 mm, 1000 mm × 1000 mm, and 1200 mm × 1200 mm. Other sizes can be designed according to customers' requirements.
Maximum size: 1219 mm × 1219 mm.
Type classification: Sintered Dutch woven wire mesh and sintered square woven wire mesh.
