Viscose fiber is one of the earliest cellulose fibers put into industrial production. Due to its good moisture absorption, comfortable wearing, and excellent spinnability, it is often mixed and interwoven with cotton, wool, or various synthetic fibers, and used in various clothing and decorative textiles. High strength viscose fibers can also be used in industrial products such as tire cords and conveyor belts.
DOPE-DYED VSF
Adopt the basic solution, before weaving, the water base colorant and the viscose solution are regularly mixed with the static mixer. Then the dope-dyed viscose staple fiber is shaped after the acid bath and the processing. The color can be maintained for a long time, it won't fade in the regular environment and it washes well and bears friction and sunshine well, too.
