Foam Cold Press Machine
The foam cold press is to reduce the volume of waste foam through the principle of mechanical screw
extrusion, effectively solving the problems of light weight and large volume of EPS EPP EPE foam,
difficult recycling and inconvenient transportation, and at the same time achieve odor-free production.
Operation instructions:
1. After the motor is installed, connect to the three live wires. After power-on, first debug the forward and
reverse rotation of the motor (the position of the pulley has a correct steering sign). If the steering does
not match, stop and exchange the positions of any two live wires.
2. Before starting the equipment, it needs to be filled with gear oil before it can be started normally. After
starting, the material can be directly fed. The discharge port has a pressure plate that can be adjusted up and
down. The pressure plate can be adjusted appropriately according to the requirements during the working
period of the machine. . It can be produced normally in the future.
During the production process, you should always pay attention to whether the discharging speed is uniform.
If the feeding and discharging are slow,you need to adjust the pressure plate upward by about 5MM.
3. It is necessary to check the oil quantity of the gear oil and whether the screws are loose at intervals, and
perform daily maintenance.
