Full Automatic Single Profile Light Gauge Steel Framing Machine SFS-C89-1.2mm
OVERVIEW

The SFS-C89-1.2 is our classical entry level model of Frametec LGSF machine manufacturing system. As our 5th generation classical light steel frame machine, SFS-C89-1.2 is with a perfect performance in high production speed, greater flexibility and high stability, which is suitable for 1-3 stories residential and light commercial projects. Producing profiles from 2.5″ (63mm) to 6″ (150mm) up to 18g (1.20mm) thickness, which can be customized.
With the designing software and control software, the machine can automatic running and saving lots of time in drawing,material reporting, data entry, manufacturing, production record, and correcting all the errors.
Applications: Wall system, floor system and roof system for 1 - 3 level residential, transportable units, modular house, and light commercial construction. Clear span of the roof trusses up to 15m and can be either factory-based or transportable in a mobile factory.
