BOM: Batt-On-Mesh papermaking felt;
Structure: It is composed of wool mesh layer and base mesh layer.
Wool mesh layer: It is usually laid in layers to ensure that the carpet surface is delicate and has a good dehydration gradient and channel;
The basic mesh layer: the warp line generally uses the combined heald, the weft line uses the single wire or the combined heald, the organization structure is usually broken twill, plain weave and so on;
Classification: Usually divided into single layer, double layer, laminated bottom blanket according to the structure of the base net, wherein the laminated bottom blanket can be divided into 1 + 1, 1 + 2, 2 + 1, 1 + 1 + 1 and so on according to the number and type of superimposed base net.
