Process of Copper Wire Recycling Machine:
1. Pre-shredding
Shred the cables prior to granulating.
2. Crushing
Crusher, an important part before separation, used to shred the materials into 3-5mm smaller pieces.
3. Copper and plastic separation and dust collecting system
The whole process mainly adopts air separation assisted by vibrating separation. A specially designed dust collecting system will be used to collect all the dust caused.

2. Chopped wires are transported to vibrating system for separation;
3. Copper granules and insulation granules are separated by vibrating and air separation.

Features of Copper Wire Recycling Machine:
1. It can process cable and wires where single core, double core or multi-core, either twisted or tangled, with or without plug. The max Dia. for double core and multi-core cables is 20mm. For
single core wire, the minimum Dia. should be 0.2mm.
2. The shredder can rotate reversely when blocking. When crusher is over current, the conveyor will stop automatically.
3. Main parts will be connected together by screw conveyor, so it will be very easy to maintain.
4. This machine adopts air and vibrating separation in dry processing mode equipped with dust collecting system.
5. The machine is controlled by the most advanced PLC control system with pressing Start and Stop button.
6. Blades can be reground again and again. If used correctly, their service life can be at least half a year or more.
