Bai-ott conveyor belt hot vulcanizing press machine, also called conveyor belt vulcanizer, used for steel cord, fabric, PVC/PVG conveyor belt hot vulcanization.
Small size, light weight, ordinary three-phase power supply, uniform temperature of hot plate, water pressure system supply (1.0-8.0 Mpa) uniform pressure, equipped with light automatic electronic control box. The connection between the box and the main box is completed by the integrated plug-in and the core cable. Vulcanizing machine is easy to operate and reliable.
Conveyor belt vulcanizing press machine is widely uesd in metallurgy, mines, power plants, ports,etc.

-The electric control box of vulcanizing machine is made of inustrial grade aluminum alloy, which has passed the waterproof/shock proof grade test.
-Users can set hot vulcanization working temperature according to your requirements for different type of conveyor belt.
-High-brightness digital instruments are used for the display of vulcanization working temperature and heating time.
-Bai-ott conveyor belt vulcanizing machine has the whole process of real-time monitoring and running of acoustic and optical alarm system, when the vulcanization work is completed, the heating power can be automatically cut off and the early warning of the end of the work can be issued.
Bai-ott conveyor belt vulcanizing machine just take no more than 20 mins cooling time to 60ºC, more efficenicy. Electronic control box is easy to operate and will make sure the vulcanizing temperature.
Equiped with electric pump will shorten working time.
