The model of FSCT-820/650 thermoforming machine is our lastest developed products, it combines forming, punching, cutting and stacking in one process.This machine is specialized for forming PP, PS, HIPS, PVC, PET,OPS, EPS, C-PET, PLA, C-PLA, ABS or other materials sheet that can be widely used to produce all kinds of food and non-food packaging products like plastic trays, containers, boxes, lids and son on.

We use the motor screw loading device, the maximum support 1 ton weight and 1.1 meters diameter sheet roll, and support double rolls of sheet, the production can quickly change the coil to shorten the coil change time.
This is the heater, the heater is marked with a number, which can help us quickly find the corresponding heater on the touch screen to adjust the temperature. Part of the heater can be turned off according to the customer's product. When the machine is shut down, the heater will automatically exit to prevent excessive heating of the sheet.
This is the stacking station, servo-driven, it can be stacked single-axis, rotary stacking, can be designed according to customer needs.
