GB-900 Tiles Cutting machine for Granite

Product Description

This machine is special for cutting to size tiles, it including slab conveyor, GBL-900 Multi Heads Longitudinal Cutting Machine, GBC-900 Multi Heads Cross Cutting Machine
Both machine adopts 18.5KW spindle motor, it means the motor drive the saw blade directly, did not transfer by belt, that is very powerful, so if we cut thick hard granite, also easy and do not let slab move during cutting. Conveyor moving speed is controlled by inverter, so you can set this speed according to the different hardness of stone. Also each head go up/down , moving on the beam is by motor,

For GBC-900 Multi Heads Cross Cutting Machine, there are several sensor for checking the length of slab in the front, and three nerrow belt taking the slab inso the mchine, then the table will go up, so the slab will lay on the worktable which surface is wood, there are hydraulic cylinder will push the slab to the one guide ruller ,so that fix the slab, then cutter head will move to cut it, after finished, cutter head will move back automatically, then the table will go down, the slab will lay on the belt again, belt moving to take the slab outside of machine.
The distance between each head is controlled by motor;
beam moving speed, belt moving speed are all controlled by inverter, adjustable, when the cutter move the edge of slab, speed will be slower automatically;
machine is with one hydraulic tank, and control the table up and down, and hydraulic cylinder to fix the slab. 18.5KW main motor, powerful enoguh for cutting5cm thickness slab here.
Also you can choose how many head for each machine you need according to the size of your slab and final tiles size you need.
