The main components of the upside-down dual-axis mobile device include an X-axis sliding platform, a Y-axis sliding platform, an upside-down arm, a servo drive mechanism and a control system. The robotic arm is installed upside down and expanded in both the X-axis and Y-axis directions, which greatly increases the reach of the robot. It is often used for welding workpieces with large space dimensions and multi-station workpieces for welding and handling.
