Calcium silicate tube shell process
The main raw materials for calcium silicate tube shells are calcium oxide and quartz sand. The raw materials are ground by a machine, filtered after grinding, to ensure the uniformity of the powder. Then, reinforced fibers are added, and after reaction in a reactor, they are injected into a mold to form under pressure. Then, they are dried in a tunnel cellar.
