GZPseries 100kn high speed rotatory pharma tablet press making machine.
The main motor of the tablet press drives the turntable to rotate through the AC variable frequency stepless governor and the worm
deceleration.The rotation of the turntable causes the upper and lower punch to move up and down relative under the action of the
guide rail.The granules or powders are pressed into tablets by filling, prepressing, main pressing and tablet discharging.In the
whole process of pressing the tablet, the control system through the pressure signal detection, transmission, calculation,
processing and so on to implement the automatic control of the weight of the tablet, the waste piece automatic reject and fault
display function.
Features: Synthetic starch granules: the granules are uniform, not moist, and the proportion of fine powder (more than 60 mesh) in the granules is not more than one third.
Chinese medicine granules: full extract, half extract and raw powder granules are required not to be wet and have a certain fluidity.Hardness, uniformity requirements are not strict.
Particle size range: 12-60 mesh, with compressibility and fluidity.
It can also be applied to dry powder tablet.
Not suitable for semi-solid, wet molecules and particles of very small (> 100 mesh) powder pressing. 2.2 Molding time and maximum pressure Molding time ≥20ms, Molding maximum pressure: ≤100KN; 2.3 Equipment storage Should be in the relative humidity is not more than 86%, the room temperature is not higher than 35ºC, and has the shelter rainproof and the ventilation good place.
