According to the grinding wheel particle size and workpiece material, the feed rate should be adjusted within the range of 0.01~0.05mm/min to achieve better grinding results. Use a lower rotational speed and a larger feed rate to remove most of the excess material from the workpiece. Fine grinding After roughing, adjust the parameters for fine grinding to ensure that the size and geometric tolerance of the workpiece meet the requirements. In order to control the grinding temperature and improve the machining quality, a coolant should be used to continuously cool the workpiece. After completing grinding, clean and inspect the workpiece to ensure it meets the requirements. It is recommended to conduct simulation or testing on the CBN grinding rod of the electric spindle before actual processing to verify the feasibility of the plan and ensure safety.
